Someone recently asked me why I don’t drink, but more importantly they didn’t accept my generic “I don’t need it” answer – that’s why I’m writing this post. It’s an important question that I think most 18 year-olds don’t think about enough, especially kids going off to college. I assure you this is not going to be some morality rant where I tell you how bad it is to drink, but I do think it’s fair to say though that I do stand by my choice and that it was a conscious decision. Their ad’s message pretty much sums up what critics dislike (said: hate) about marketing (said: advertising). I got into a mini blog comment argument about why too much advertising was not something worth fighting over. I still stand by that opinion, but I can see the other side now. (more…)

I stumbled onto the Spirit Science video series while browsing Facebook yesterday, and I couldn’t stop watching until I finished all 16 videos! Photo Recovery Software Equals Happiness
3 weeks ago, Bhumi and I set off for sunny Florida for our honeymoon. Every night of the trip we would come back to the room and download all of the pictures we had taken onto my computer to make space on the memory card for the next day’s adventure. About two weeks after we got home I got a computer virus and it wiped out all of my files. Among those files were our honeymoon pics – all 500 of them. Fortunately I had uploaded a lot of them to Facebook the night after we returned so we had some low quality versions left, but it was a really sad moment when I realized that all those pics had gone away forever… or so I thought.
